The theory of topological coding of proteins

From representation of spatial structure of the genetic code which construction has put a number of the problems formulated in the end of section 2.3., we pass to the presentation of elements of the theory of topological coding of proteins. Within the limits of this theory following questions had been considered:

- Topological basis of the genetic code;

- Physical operators and their assignment to code triplets;

- Principles for the development of physical operators system;

- The mechanism of protein structure reconstruction.

The first two questions will be discussed below on this page. As for the third and fourth questions, because of significant differences, this material will be presented on a special page "Molecular Vector Machine of Proteins", its address is: http://vector-machine.narod.ru

3. Topological basis of the genetic code

In this section we will try to answer one of the questions put at the end of section 2.3., namely:

- Why the structure of the genetic code is isomorphic to the Boolean hypercube В6?

Attempt to answer this question is a model of the genetic code topological basis described below. Initial concepts of the model described in Section 3.1.
